Baked Cheesy Chicken Taquitos. I am always looking for yummy chicken recipes. These taquitos are so much better than the store bought ones. This is one of my family’s favorite dinner recipes. You can make them smaller and serve them as appetizers too.

When my kids see me rolling these taquitos, they get really excited. I always know that this will be a meal with very few leftovers!

This recipe is a great way to enjoy tacos if you are looking to cut back on the carbs or if you are simply looking for a new way to eat tacos. I love to eat my taco’s this way! The bell peppers adds so much flavor to this dish.

Chewy Granola Bar

I have always loved granola bars. I like to have them on hand for my kids to put in their schools lunches or for when they want a snack. My kids like the chewy granola bars but not the crunchy ones. With five kids, I’m sure you can imagine that a box of ten granola bars can disappear pretty quick!

What I like about making my own granola bars is that I can sneak in healthy ingredients and my kids don’t notice. They couldn’t get enough of these granola bars.
