White Chocolate Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats
1/4 cup of butter, softened
2 (8 oz.) bag of strawberry marshmallows
6 cups of rice krispies
1 tsp. of strawberry extract
1 (12 oz.) bag of white chocolate chips
- Spray the inside of a 9 x 13 pan and the end of a spatula with baking spray. In a large bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows in the microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Stir with the prepared spatula to make sure that it is all completely melted. Mix in the strawberry extract.
- Gently fold the rice krispies into the marshmallow mixture. Fold the white chocolate chips into the rice krispie mixture.
- Evenly spread the rice krispies into the greased 9×13 pan. With the spatula, gently press the rice krispies down so that the top is even. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
