For this dip, I use the recipe for my Orange Cranberry Sauce. If you haven’t tried it, you really need to. It is yummy! After you make the Orange Cranberry Sauce, you simply spread it over the softened cream cheese, and bam you have a match made in heaven!

Turkey and Cranberry Vinaigrette Salad. I love this salad! It is perfect for all your thanksgiving turkey leftovers. It is so light, refreshing and one of those recipes that you will want to make over and over again. I love recipes that are easy to make and you are still thinking about the next day.

I came up with this salad around Thanksgiving as a way to use up all of the leftover turkey and cranberry sauce. If you don’t have any leftover turkey, don’t sweat it because you can use rotisserie chicken as well. Now you can enjoy this salad year round.

Microwave Peanut Brittle-This is my grandma's recipe and it is the best peanut brittle ever! It is the easiest homemade candy I have ever made!

Like I told you before, I as a kid one of my favorite things about Christmas was my Grandma Cope’s homemade candy! On Christmas Eve night, my grandma and grandpa would stop by for a visit and they would always bring a plate of homemade candy. As soon as I saw the plate of candy, that is all I could think about. The only problem was that we had to divide the candy between my 7 siblings, my parents and I. It didn’t last long at our house as you can imagine.
