Soft and Fluffy Banana Bread

January 29, 2016 by myrecipeconfessions

Soft and Fluffy Banana Bread. This is one of the best recipes you will ever find for banana bread! It is soft, fluffy and absolutely divine. You won't have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen with this recipe. It is extremely easy to make! I know you are going to love this bread so much you will want to eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I had some overripe bananas sitting on my counter the other day. What do you do with overripe bananas? Make banana bread of course!

If you like soft and fluffy banana bread that is super easy to make, this recipe is for you. The banana flavor really shines in this bread. This bread is soft but not gooey. There is just something about a warm slice of banana bread with some butter on top. Do you like your banana bread with butter?

You can wrap it up and give it away as a gift or keep it all for yourself. I personally prefer the latter.

Tie one of these adorable Valentine’s Day tags that my friend Saedi designed to the bread for the perfect Valentine’s Day gift!

I love this banana bread recipe! Thank you so much! I did tell my sister that there is one downside to this recipe, though. If a burglar breaks into our home, this recipe won’t work for chucking at his head like the banana bread recipe I grew up with would! Lol. In all seriousness, I never thought I would replace one of our family recipes with another but you got me to do just that!
