Cream of Coconut Fruit Dip

April 27, 2015 by myrecipeconfessions

Cream of Coconut Fruit Dip. This recipe is super easy to make and it is so good, you will have to restrain yourself from licking the bowl clean. I love to take this dip to parties. You can serve it with fresh fruit and graham crackers alongside your other appetizers. It is also gluten free so everybody can enjoy it.

If you like Coconut Cream Pie, you are going to love this dip! It is silky smooth and so creamy. Summer is just around the corner which means fruit will be in abundance. This dip is the perfect way to use up all of that fruit.

My family loves this dip. When I made it the other day, my kids could not get enough. My sister dropped by and tasted some as well. Later that night she called me for the recipe because she couldn’t stop thinking about it.

You can serve this dip at barbecues, picnics, or just as a side for dinner. Just don’t plan on having any leftovers. Once you start eating it, it’s hard to stop.

The cream of coconut in this recipe is located in the drink mixer aisle at your local grocery store. It is typically used for pina coladas and other specialty drinks.
