If you like Coconut Cream Pie, you are going to love this dip! It is silky smooth and so creamy. Summer is just around the corner which means fruit will be in abundance. This dip is the perfect way to use up all of that fruit.
My family loves this dip. When I made it the other day, my kids could not get enough. My sister dropped by and tasted some as well. Later that night she called me for the recipe because she couldn’t stop thinking about it.
You can serve this dip at barbecues, picnics, or just as a side for dinner. Just don’t plan on having any leftovers. Once you start eating it, it’s hard to stop.
The cream of coconut in this recipe is located in the drink mixer aisle at your local grocery store. It is typically used for pina coladas and other specialty drinks.
With love from my kitchen to yours,
