Spanish Flatout Flatbread, Santa Fe Chicken Wrap, Quick and Easy Meals
This is one of those meals that is perfect for those crazy days when you don’t have a lot of time to cook. What I love about this wrap is that it is so incredibly delicious and filling. Now you don’t need to feel gulity about being short on time and not spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Your family is going to be begging you to make this wrap over and over again. There is no need to spend a bunch of money on wraps at those resteraunts when you can make this Quick and Easy Santa Fe Chicken Wrap at home for so much less!

Quick and Easy Santa Fe Chicken Wraps
makes 4 servings
4 breaded chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
1/2 cup of simple guacamole
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup of green onions, chopped
1/2 cup of sweet white corn
1/2 cup of black beans
1/3 cup of black olives, sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup of fresh spinach leaves
4 Garden Spinach Flat Out Flatbread
1/2 cup of Creamy Tomatillo Ranch dressing (recipe below)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, toss the chicken breast with the Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce until the chicken is completely coated.
2. Spread the simple guacamole over each of the spinach flat breads. Over each flat bread layer the chicken, spinach, tomatoes, corn, black beans, green onions, black olives, and cheddar cheese. Drizzle the Creamy Tomatillo Ranch Dressing over each of the wraps. Starting at the end closest to you, gently roll up the wraps. Enjoy!
Creamy Tomatillo Ranch Dressing
1 large jalapeno
1 garlic clove
1 tomatillo
1 handful of cilantro leaves
juice of 1 lime
1 cup of milk
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix (milk and mayo recipe)
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients except the mayo in a blender . Blend until smooth and creamy. Whisk in the mayo. Chill any unused ranch in the refrigerator.
