The Grilled Caramelized Pineapple Spears are so fast and easy to make. There is very little time prep that goes into making them. Just throw the pineapple spears into a Ziploc bag with the sugar and spices and shake it up. Then throw them on a hot grill and grill to perfection. I love to serve them hot with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top.
